Yeah minor amounts of sea salt wont harm the plants, especially if ur letting the soil age, now if u were using a shitload of seaweed//kelp in the pile, then the salt levels could raise to toxic levels, but minor amounts is perfectly fine, though personally i like to rinse my seaweed//kelp when i collect it fresh just because i prefer it that way, but whatever works best from personal experience is what you should go with.
