The first few times i tried it i had semi panick attacks. Just because my whole head shifted to a new perspective and there was moments of clarity and different modes of thinking. So naturally i didnt feel like myself because my thought patterns jumped out of their normal grooves which left me feeling that somthing must be “wrong” or ” am i dieing? this feels weird!” But you get comfortable with it real quick in the right set and setting.
