Visible police presence is shown on the University of Colorado campus this morning, as officials prepare to close the Boulder campus to all visitors and shut down the Norlin Quad entirely in hopes of ending the annual 4/20 marijuana smokeout that has drawn upwards of 10000 pot smokers in recent years. Campus workers began applying their secret weapon, fish-based fertilizer to Norlin Quad as a deterrent, but will it work? We’ll see when the clock strikes 20 after 4.
