I definitely think that the water is the problem, when I first started with
DWC I got root rot and my symptoms were the same as what you have here.
What do your roots look like? I would completely sterilize everything like
you just did but maybe even a little more hardcore and then hit it with
root assist tea over and over again. I think that is the problem you are
having.

My advice buy a couple of Sundays from dairy queen clean off the dome and
reuse it on a solo cup 3/4 full of coco mix plant seeds somewhere they can
grow out of. Use dome for 3-5 days and yer good nothing but water till 2-3
set of leafs but light nutrients until she’s big enough. U got the
equipment just need knowhow it will come but don’t discard what u got it
can be fixed over time.
