1.) A Texas Trooper pulls over 2 females because they threw lit cigarette butts out the window. (RED FLAG) Dumb move. Listen to the Male troopers line of questioning. 2.) He smells marijuana, (now legal in Washington and Colorado.) 3.) He calls for female backup because he suspects that these women have marijuana in the vehicle and/or on their person. 4.)
