By Debra Schell Press And Journal Staff The marijuana plants where three feet high, housed inside a makeshift enclosure and aided by fluorescent lighting and mirrors to help them grow. That, say Middletown police, is the scene they discovered on the second floor of a home at 120 N. Pine St. on Sunday, Jan. 30, while responding to an unrelated incident at the home.
