If a cop commits perjury by violating your constitutional rights, then he is guilty of PERJURY for not abiding by his oath (18 USC section 1621) and IF they take anything of value in that transaction, they are guilty of 18 USC section 880 EXTORTION which would lead to them AIDING AND ABETTING A CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION (18 USC sections 2 and 3) since they are TOLD to do it by their “boss.” Any attempt to detain you would fall under Title 18 USC section 113 and if they hurt you, 18 USC section 114.

If he asked where I was going, where I’ve been, what I was doing…I’d tell him none of your fucking business much less let him search MY property without a warrant.
