About 8 weeks into flowering … I’m not sure if it’s ready .. Any Tips would Really help.

what i built there and all the parts of it. please give out any tips on what i did wrong or what i should add.

Should i tim these clones, theres alot of leaves on the stem and i thing its taking energy from the plants to grow upwards,iv had the clones for about 3 weeks and theyve grown about 1 to 3 inches, the leaves look a bit ashy tho, its my first time using clones

i have 3 13W one 23W and one 125W for 2 plants. its in 2nd day in flowering (12/12) I have tear off some leaf.. so it have more energy for the buds, i dont know if its a female or male.
