magnetic ballasts operate at a different frequency which causes the banding. if you put a lens from a pair of sunglasses infront of the the camera it will eliminate the banding (lines) on the screen.

Frustrating isn’t it? You never asked me any questions. Tips. using a rubber bungee chord to hang your fans, reduce noise, 600wt and over needs 6-8inch duct. Insulated ducting is like a silencer for fans..magnet ballest are old or used or both. Digital ballests are better for small grower even China crap works better..ipower in Cali. getting very cramped around here, more into flower, veg room shrinks..stay green!
Why did you buy a ge bulb? Not designed for plant growth. It will work but bulbs made for plants are much better. Added spectrum. Like eye hortilux, Agro sun, plant max, ultra sun etc. you will tell the difference if you change.
