On the topic of legal to grow in the states Arizona cannabis patients are
the only ones who are prevented from growing any plants at all and this was
written into our state law via the local MPP rep who claimed we had to give
them something to have a medical cannabis prop accepted by the state. Just
because we live within a 25 mile radius of dispensaries we can’t produce
our own medication and the AZ Department of Health made sure 96.7 % of
residents are within that 25 mile distance of a local dispensary.Now the
MPP Marijuana Policy Project is expected to write the legalization for
Arizona so it’s no doubt they will screw Arizona again. The MPP is very bad
for patients and will be more so for recreational cannabis users. MPP set
up Colorado’s legalization law as a taxation trap to consumers and a gold
mine for dispensary owners. What we both need in Canada and in the U.S. is
total legalization with no restrictions or regulations on personal growing
be it for recreational or medical use.
The amount of anxiety we feel as patients due to Government abuse can be
overwhelming. Knowing your fighting on our behalf and giving a big fuck you
to Harper makes it a little less stressful. Cheers brother hopefully we can

my spine is crushed is places and I have my grow card in mich. after I got
my card I have no need to go to the dr. have not seen a dr for years now.
I had problems with all the pills I have taken, in the fine print it all
could cause death. last yr. I was robed, again this year I was almost
robed except I had just harvested, have a big foot looking image on my
camera, only normal feet. I think it should be legal for everyone, some
people are too poor to go through everything to get the legal licence, but
they cant steal my pot. everyone should be able to grow their own. its a
weed. i started smokeing pot at 11, im now 55. never ever had any problem
with pot. the only problem i have is being robbed,

I agree with Jason about Sanjay Gupta. Gupta is receiving all this acclaim
as if Gupta
himself did ground breaking research in cannabis medicine which isn’t the
case at all.
Jason knows far more than Sanja Gupta ever will about cannabis medicine and
it’s cannabinoid properties.

against Repeal as with his ongoing work with Cannabis in Canada an
organization started in 2007 and incorporated in 2009 to educate and cover
topics related to the cannabis culture.
The conference overall was informative and eyeopening for Jason.
