The police have a policy for us why after a decade does the Vancouver Airport still have no policy….Funny flying out of Toronto a policy must have been in place for I showed ID and my permit, my bong and meds they just passed me through NO POLICE…..If Toronto has a policy I do not know of it however a clear difference. I guess medical patients continue to be caught in the prohibitory policy…

If you have and prescription like the one I produced its the same as any other script. if you have morphine and its in someone else’s name its a federal offence. Still you would not be treated like this.
Being legal for over a decade in this country its a bad deal for lack of fair policy on the airports part.
It’s not about how much trouble or inconvenience this caused you, you knew that this was coming, marijuana is still federally illegal. The awesome part of this is that after the investigation you were cleared and allowed to progress upon your journey, that is the awesome part. Slowly the medical and federally medical cards are giving us that ability to be accepted, in time it will get easier. Your the man buddy!
