Richard Van Wickler, Superintendent of the Cheshire County Dept. of Corrections, and member of Law Enforcement Against Prohibition testifies regarding HB1705-FN-A, “allowing purchase and use of marijuana by adults, regulating the purchase and use of marijuana, and imposing taxes on the wholesale and retail sale of marijuana,” before the NH House Criminal Justice Committee, 1/25/2012.

Greece has recently decriminalised drugs. Nice to see people evolving ideas as what we have now is obviously failing and the prohibition on marijuana was built on a lies so it was destined to fail.
