Feminized = Hermaphrodite = Trouble
This is why you shouldn’t buy or use feminized seeds. Get regular seeds, sort the males and females. There is a product called REVERSE which knocks down male flowers.

From what I’ve heard, herms aren’t THAT common… but stress is a huge factor

I have a high end strain that does that everytime near the end……

this is caused by strees to the plant/ genes. also plants do this in nature when they dont get pollen. so has to make sure there genes get used in the pool.

Hermaphrodites are the most common trait in cannabis, all strains will turn herm for all sorts of different reasons! It will throw bananas late in flower, light leeks, over fert programs, there are several reasons why a plant will herm, but hermaphrodites is the most COMMON trait in cannabis!

@DamienNicholas Herm flowers come from either environmental or genetic stress. Trendy Nay’s flowering room conditions are good, so it has to be genetic stress. Sativa dominant strains are known for herm traits. Save yourself some grief and stick to growing stable females that won’t turn into Chaz Bono at the end of flowering.

@kcbrainsdamage a few females,you might also get a few herms too.bottom line is,fem seeds are good if they are from a top breeder,and are good for ppl who dont want to breed or keep mothers.fem seeds are alot more reliable than the likes of you think.also all female plants whether from regs or fems have the ability to herm.the best way to make fems imo is to flower a female for far too long untill it starts growing male flowers,and use that to pollinate a stable female.
