If you are building from scratch like you are I would encourage you to run
beefy power to everything. I brought two 70 amp legs in to run a 5K garden.
I am running a 12 gauge feed to each light and AC unit. From my contracting
experience I know to not overload any wire or circuit. I am also then set
up for the future should I change equipment.
What me and my friend have been noticing when using the Mars LED 1600
lights, you will have hard fluff buds. So these lights seem to yield more
bud weight in the end. My friend put the Mars 1600 LED up against one 600
and one 1000 watt sodium pressure light and it out produced the two lights.
The Sodium pressure of HID lights seem to create fluff buds that do not
weigh anything and the Mars 1600 LED produces hard little buds that
actually add up in weight. That is about the only difference I have seens
so far between the two lights.
That is what we are going to be doing next in the build. Everything will be
wired up to par. I know what you mean with to small of wires trying to
power mega watts. The smell is the first indicator then its too late.
