Lol damn you’re stupid. When someone says pre-roll, if they know ANYTHING about what they are talking about, they are referring to joints that they bought at a dispensary.
I forget the bill name and number, but there was a bill passed through congress that passed recreational marijuana laws for Denver. So there are now recreational marijuana facilities in the state. Do not confuse these with medicinal marijuana facilities…because one of them will throw you out and have you arrested, and the other will give you some cheap and DANK as fuck weed.
