Yes, essentially. Haskbrick is a big brick of pre-burnt marijuana that has been condensed into a brick. It is mainly THC and other cannabinoids.
Farthest thing from hash… resin is just the waste material from the combustion that contains very minuscule amount of THC if any at all.. Kind of like a dirty plate after you finish eating. Hash is a form of concentrate material that usually contains at least double the amount of THC than a normal flower bud would. Naturally flowers contain about 10-20% THC compared to concentrates which typically has at least 50-60% THC.
