I don’t exactly agree with what your saying, I mean yea I understand and support what your saying, but you gotta see the legal stand point. Like it was just made legal and for your state to be like oh it’s just weed that’s a slap on the wrist would probably bring more federal attention and more federal enforcement. So even though what they did wasn’t that bad, they need an example made and they need the federal government to see that they are not letting anything slide, hope my thoughts helped
