Instead of gun bans, this is the kind of thing that would cut down greatly on gun violence.Your still going to have nut jobs that do some really heinous things, but the stuff that happens every day, that you don’t hear about in the MSM would be decreased immensely. The vast majority of these kinds of crimes are a result of a black market in the most popular illegal markets. That’s how these folks keep market share. Case history: the end of prohibition. Violence over liquor sales is all but ended
OBAMA ON WEED: ‘STATE LAW TRUMPS FEDERAL LAW’

Don’t Forget, Obama promised ‘States Rights’ on marijuana in March 2008. Candidate Obama promised not to use Dept. of Justice resources to block state medical marijuana laws. But President Obama has broken that promise.

The Obama DOJ is raiding marijuana dispensaries at twice the rate the Bush DOJ did. US Attorneys have sent misleading, threatening letters to state legislatures considering dispensary laws.
I’d just tell him to fuck off, and worry about something that actually, matters, for once.
if eric holder were serious about reducing gun crime he will listen…
2nd Amendment!
Makes you wonder if this sudden urge to legislate marijuana is just a way to find something else they can tax…..
It wasn’t legalized, it was recategorized. To make marijuana legal is to take all criminal charges for the posession and use away. Did they? No, they made it easier to bring charges and added extensive new power to police when they believe they have pulled someone over who used it.The public should have known this by how many law enforcement, lawyers, exprosecutors and judges that spoke out in favor. The courtrooms will fill with victimless criminals. Its only a matter of time.Peace.
