Confiscated marijuana cannon in Mexico Police in the Mexican border city of Mexicali have seized a homemade cannon that was used to shoot packets of marijuana across the border into the United States. A police spokesman said that the gun was made from a large plastic tube and a metal tank that used compressed air from the engine of an old car. The gun can fire cylinders full of drugs that weigh up to 15 pounds, and has probably been used to ship marijuana over the border fence and into Californi
