actually, WE are not answerable to maritime/admiralty Law, only our “person” is answerable…learn the difference between “person” and “human being”, and it will start to make more sense…remember, Common Law is the Law of the Land, whereas Maritime Law is the Law of the Sea…

, i think this is a bit too technical , it could work in some judges eyes and they may praise you for your knowledge of the law but personally if your infront of a jury of normal people your just better going along to prove your point and getting them to understand you instead of looking a bit cocky. interesting idea though.

Great vid, although would like to point out you can get access to what the police are going to say, here in Australia the document is called a QP9 you can contact police prosecution to obtain it.

You shouldn’t tell your date of birth. When they ask you that you commit perjury, because you weren’t aware at the time of your birth to know exactly when you were born. All you can tell them is that you were told that it was MM/DD/YY, or that your birth record says such, but never say “This is my birthdate”.
