Amendment 64 allows for retail cannabis stores, but there’s nothing in the law that allows for cannabis lounges or public places to consume. Colorado also had a state-wide public smoking ban that makes the idea of Denver turning into a bigger and better Amsterdam seem far-fetched. But hopefully we can find a way, because it would be beneficial to the local economy, as well as beneficial to the cannabis community to have a place to gather and meet people and smoke as one! The tune at the end is b

great vid mark! ive really been digging all of your videos lately; relaxing, great to smoke to, and super informative. Now i just gotta move to Denver….
i like your volunteering idea, it gets rid of the prestige associated with having a locker or a private lounge, instead of being rich you get it for being a good contributing person in society
The sun light is better then a green screen

I think its so funny how the “Play him off” music always cuts him off mid idea hahaha
yo bro, Love the video and the topic. Keep up the good work bro, toke on man.
weed
that’s a fantastic idea, do it man
Hey Mark…So great it’s finally legal!!! FOR YOU:) Smoking lounges would be the shizzy! The lounges could buy from local growers…there could be local competitions on buds…give glass blowing demo’s…make it a membership type place and trick it out with wall sized Lava lamps…plush couches and chairs…man, how fun and cool would it be to be the innovator in that genre of business!! My consideration to move gets stronger by the day!!!
Great video topic Mark! I really enjoyed it and I hope to go out there in a couple years when everything is established.
And by A holes I mean … Drunks…
hey mark i have this random ? for you haha.. If a zombie apocalypse happened would you stop smoking? or would you just say fuck it and keep on smoking. thanks man peace n love.
Creating a positive image of people who choose to partake in herb, is paramount and I think your idea of maybe once a week or once a month taking the club out to pick up some trash around the neighborhood the shop is in, or even other things that would help the surrounding community. Thus, showing people that users of herb are actually responsible, caring people (un-like the stereotypes which pin certain folks as criminals) Showing the community that these shops can improve our society is key.
I love your idea of the whole smoking lounge thing, hopefully you’ll get to actually make that happen one day man. Pce & pot.
let me just say check out my weed vids guys and i gota pause this vid so i can roll up
BooZip
Mark, you’re cool as fuck.
I might be high, but you’re cool as fuck for real man. 🙂
I need to get out to Denver.
Mark , Start a private smoking club.. Until I got to ill to run it I had a 30 thousand sq ft Warehouse with Pool Tables, Pinball machines, Arcade games , Bowling, Arts Classes, Library, Glass Blowing, Rides for Disabled, 420 Weddings, ect..
A private club is easy to set up and you can keep alot of a holes out that way.
We catered to Seriously ill folks and Veterans mostly.
Also easier to keep on the Downlow from the Feds, but State Legal..
I hope to come yo Denver someday
