Across Canada, people have been learning how to grow and use marijuana, legally, for medical purposes. At the same time, the country is bringing in tougher anti-cannabis laws. Al Jazeera’s Daniel Lak reports from Toronto, Canada.

So the DEA might raid large large scale growers or dispensaries once in a while to let the country know they mean business.
But never do they bust the users.I live in California and its decriminalized for up to an ounce, so a $100 ticket and no criminal record. the cops usually don care about it anyways. One of the the US-Canada border states just voted to legalize it for recreational use, the police already said they aren’t busting people for it, anymore.Same in Colorado

most dutch dont even smoke continuously as far as i know. It’s mostly for tourism from other countries, same with the red light district. And i also believe the dutch are putting tougher laws on marijuana use.
