SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) – A legal victory for a local medical marijuana advocate could have a major impact on sales and distribution across the state. The Supreme Court of California has refused to take up a case involving a San Diego man. Jovan Jackson was convicted of possessing and selling medical marijuana.
