With implementation of Amendment 64 moving forward in Colorado, Rep. Jared Polis (D-CO) has introduced historic legislation to end federal marijuana prohibition. MPP’s Mason Tvert — — spoke about the need to remove marijuana from the illegal market, and the historic nature of Polis’ bill.
