The Government take great delight in saying illegal drug use is down, they
do not mention legal high use has gone up. Here’s a question, what is in
Legal highs ? All i know is people have died, got medical problems and have
even become violent on them. Legal Highs, a new way to rip off the stupid.

What legal high has he took? Like MazMaslin said it looks like Salvia from

On the serious side, I watched the follow up video, woooo just a small
smoke and hes in that state, jf he had been out in the public and the men
in fancy dress (P.C’s) had seen him in that state he would have been going
for a trip of a differant kind, the kind of trip where a doctor decides if

The same as everything, its about moderation. Trying it is unlikely to do
you harm. Getting a habit on it will. If you had cheeseburgers everyday it
wouldn’t be safe.Moderation is the key in my opinion. That said it clearly
states on the packet its not for consumption. They also have to change the
ingredients now and then as bits of it get banned.
Looked like he’s a dribbling wreck to me. Seen similar effects on people in
the psyche ward I was once unfortunate to be a patient of. A chemical
labotomy was the order of the day for most folk. Anti psychotics and the
like have the power to knock out bulls. Least that’s what my psychiatrist

Why is this guy throwing up the horns & sixes? Is it normal behaviour for
him? So-called legal highs have obviously been developed by big pharma &
can never be trusted. To gauge the effects properly you need to observe the
subject before taking whatever it is he took for comparison. Very
disturbing footage though, he looked like a zombie.
Looks more like he’s having a salvia trip rather than a cannabis high.
