My Very First Grow Closet! Update #2
Here are the changes I’ve made to my grow room. Clearly It isn’t “completely” light proof so if you have any suggestions on how I can light proof the two different areas I’m open to suggestions.
Thanks for the update. It’s normal, the organic grows slower but the taste and flavour is unique and extra flavourful. I don’t really care about quantity, what i am looking for is quality smoke. People need to be honest, the plants will not compare to your last grow because there is no chemicals boost, but you will have healthier flavourful weed.
@broncfootball77 Mix your nutrients a little lighter than on the instructions and you’ll have better results… just a bit too many nutes kills all the taste in the final product… =) Yes the GH is really good nutes…
Great Info on the GH products. I am going to give them a try down the line. The Fox farms series is working for me but changes are on the horizon as I want to try other methods. I do believe your right with yield and growth rate though. However, these indicas are starting to kick ass. In the 2 week of flowering now….will update you when harvest time comes.
@NGT4LIFE I got my money back on the old stuff… since it is an organic store and they sold me non-organic nutrients… But the guy really didn’t know that Pura Vida lost its organic status… so he wasn’t trying to rip me off… =)
i tried both organic and chem, and im back on chem. i know organic is the big thing but the only thing i could tell was different was yeild. sorry hippies… dont be so down bro, even if things dont go as well as you’de hoped, in the end, you’ve gain insight into what makes a better crop. plus you get to smoke the chron! peace

Are those babies in flower mode? I thought molasses was added during the flowering phase when they want carbs (sugar)

The GH Flora series is working great for me so far. Went home to checc growth and saw great growth. Keep up the good work homie, glad we got a few more videos to watch and learn from.

Maybe once the old nutes get flushed out and they get used to the new stuff they will start to take off and do well. You might be surprised. I got my fingers crossed for ya dude.

i was used roots organics on my last grow along with their boosters and beneficials but you will find that your yield wont be as high if that is important to you. however the quality was redonculous haha and the taste was killer. so you trade off yield for quality so its all whats important to the grower. i will no longer use organics cuz you can get dank ass bud with synthetics still, just not quite as good.
@LikeTotallyRich I found that even with the regular nutrients… you can still get good taste and smell… you just have to lighten up on the nutes… mix everything half the strength they tell you on the bottle and you’ll have good yield, taste, and smell…
i hope you get better results with the new nutrients.you must be pissed you had to buy some more.
i use plagron light mix and hesi nutrients and am very happy with the results.the soil is organic but the nutrients arnt,but im still very happy with the nutrients.i think if you flush,dry and cure properly you should get bud thats as good as anything grown organically.ofcourse this is something ppl have been debating for a while now.anyway good luck with your grow.
