My Very First Grow Closet! Update #2
Here are the changes I’ve made to my grow room. Clearly It isn’t “completely” light proof so if you have any suggestions on how I can light proof the two different areas I’m open to suggestions.
@tooncesc My PH is between 5.8 – 6.2 in all pots so it shouldn’t be lockout… and it looks to me like nute burn seeing as I was mixing the nutes by the directions on the bottle and it was too strong. I did the same thing when I first started growing with the General Hydroponics… I thought more was better and burned the crap out of my plants… I just need to dial these new nutes in…
Dude what your seeing on those leaves is a deficiency caused by lockout not nute burn. I’d suggest adding 5ml per gallon of Cal Mag from botanicare and make sure your PH is about 5.8
Yeah u say he said you will b better with the new stuff but really he didn’t see your other grows its the best on youtube for what u were doing ..lol so I can’t wait to see if u think its better and get more with it or not.
Hey dude if u want to up the metabolism u will notice the most difference by adding beneficial bacteria, fungi, and micro-organisms to your rootzone don’t take this as law but I believe all 3 are bottled separately so u will have to find all 3 but u only add it in 2 or 3 feedings in the beginning and I do 2 more feedings with them at the start of blooming so a little goes a really long way
pls tell me that u r g0nna st0p using that hp2 stuff f0r veggin, if u want s0min t0 increase metab0lism u wanna l00k beneficial bacteria and fungis or enzymes. im beggin br0 atleast ask pe0ple what they think ab0ut feeding 0-4-0 organic guano nutrients t0 baby plants f0r VEGGING. ALS0 i can tell u fr0m experience that 0rganic nutrients certainly increase the smell, taste, cant say ab0ut the resin and trich0me pr0ducti0n bt smell n tatse is def better in 0rganics.
@TheSSJWoody No I flsuhed with PH balanced tap water… The PH between 5.8 – 6.2… I flushed them about five times to get most of the nutes out of the coco… I didn’t change the coco… It only takes a few times to give the plants a good flushing… 5 – 10 times should do the trick…

COCO IONS ARE ++CHARGED AND LOCK UP CALCIUM IN YOUR NUTES……TRY SUNSHINE SOILLESS SOILS #4 IS A GOOD MIX….BUT HUMBOLDT NUTRIENTS JUST CAME OUT WITH A SOILLESS SOIL FILLED WITH BENIES…….BUT SOON SUNSHINE IS DROPIN THIER RAINFOREST MIX THAT SHOULD BE JUST PERFECT FOR WHAT WE DO……

I’ve been following you since growingclosets and you’ve helped so much with your videos, I even bought that book you recommend
But I plan on using your setup for my first grow attempt because it easy and lowkey
Should I use GeneralHydroponics witch you already have dialed in or follow you in the organic method for smell and taste
when you realized that you were over nute-ing your plants, did you just flush with distilled water and reuse the same cocoa? How long does it typically take to flush out a 2 gallon pot? i was thinking a day or two…thanks man. love the videos.

YEP SOME NUTRENTS ARE JUST CRAZY. IM USING DUTCH MASTER. HALF STRANGTH AND STILL BURN. GOING TO QUATER STRANGTH NOW? CUT’S COST A BIT I SUPOSE.
