every day and fucking love your work! I got a new setup cheap on ebay with
a 600 watt cooltube and 600 watt ballast. But i wanna start with a 400 watt
bulb. Cheaper way. Can i use that bulb with the bought ballast? So my
electricity use per hour counts 400 watts?! Im Sorry about my bad english^^
