Description
A stoned (5 times the legal limit) Steve Sarich, Cannabis Action Coalition, WA State, joins Thom Hartmann. Last month – Washington State and Colorado became the first two states in America to legalize the recreational use of marijuana. Now comes the hard part. How will the states regulate the sale and use of the drug – and will the federal government let them be?

You have chronic pain? Pain management? Oh then you’re high on opiates, wont listen to a word you say. Anxiety? Oh man that xanax is messing you up, not gonna listen to you.
Indicas affect would impair driving. Indica can have downer affects and can slow the senses. Sativa will do the opposite. On sativa? Focus and concentration increase, better driver.
Thank God the rest of the general public in Washington isn’t as stupid as Steve and his friends. It was him and people like him in OUR OWN COMMUNITY fighting against legalization over quite frankly some minute bullshit that almost tanked our chances. THANKS STEVE YOU PROHIBITION LOVING PRICK.
Jesus H Christ, STEVE SARICH?!?!?!?! This guy is a crackpot, nobody in Washington takes him seriously, he’s crazy and fought against our legalization efforts. Probably cause he was butt-hurt that HIS legalization efforts failed last year. Now he is representing our state on the BP? FUCK THAT. This guy is a fucking tard.
federal government brings the drugs in ….. they do not like competition. barry will do nothing and continue letting the feds steel the states medical marijuana.
Seems to me, if you can pass a field sobriety test, there is no cause to do a blood test. Am I crazy? If you feel like your blood is over the”legal limit” just request a field sobriety test.
