(Reuters) – Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel said Friday he would back a proposal that would decriminalize possessing small amounts of marijuana, the latest major US political figure to support diminished penalties for the drug’s use. This is a step towards legalization… We have to remove the penalties before we can attempt to regulate.

please upload the results on the 27th. And finally someone in chicago is stating to get it. Small steps are needed before big steps can be taken. I am hoping that once the results are in for how well this is working, all the other states will do the same
why decriminalize when you can legalize?
