New York bans ‘fake narcotics’

You must need to login..!

Description

New York has become the 36th US state to ban what is being called a mounting drug menace across the country. The legislation came as authorities across the US clampdown on synthetic marijuana, now ranked as the most popular narcotic among teenagers after cannabis itself. The cheaper and easily attainable drug, which is packaged under various names including “Herbal Incense”, “Spice”, or “Spike”, has been blamed for a sharp increase in hospital cases. Tom Ackerman reports from Washington DC.

You ever drank a beer? You know that buzz you get… thats the same “high” you get from smoking bud, although not with the full stomach, and little bit clearer.
So if you’ve never smoke before… it would be better for you to “educate” your self personally on the subject before making assumptions.

The bigger question is why do people want to get high? We might as well legalize drugs and legalize slavery along with it since fiends do anything to get high. You won’t stop getting high, then we should at least take advantage of your foolishness.

American government stopping people from having fun and being responsible for themselves. They just don’t like the fact that you people want to get high, whatever the drug is.

Ya, I don’t really think anyone is going to volunteer for slavery to smoke pot which is what all these synthetic herbs are trying to imitate but you’re right, we won’t stop getting high because its are right to do what we want with our body and mind.

People will do drugs whether it’s legal or not. Attempting to legislate what people put in their own bodies is downright foolish and wasteful. Please stop spending my tax dollars on bothering these people. Spend it on education and healthcare…something with a decent return on investment.

Alcohol damages all the digestive organs, including the stomach, liver, kidneys and bowels and is far more harmful than any other narcotic, including cocaine or heroin, from its first use. Alcohol poisoning causes far more deaths than, e.g. heroin as most heroin deaths are caused by overdoses which are directly due to its illegality, a heroin user has no idea of the purity of the drug and hence no knowledge of the safe dose.
So let’s ban alcohol. But we already tried that, didn’t we?

    I don’t endorse drugs period.
What I find so amazing is the lengths our government is going to to prevent competition to our legal poisoners; like chemical companies and their waste outlets such as the pharmaceutical industry and agribusiness.
If they spent any time at all teaching people to eat raw fruit and vegetables (organic of course) there wouldn’t be a desire to use this crap at all…
