Episode 1: AutoPot vs. BluMat & Under-Canopy Lighting
A brand-new BuildASoil side-by-side grow starts here.
For this series, I’m running three tents with the same Blueberry Muffins clones and Grandmaster Tent Ultimate 4×4 lights, but changing a few key parts of each setup. We’ll compare the AutoPot Tray2Grow against a 30-gallon Grassroots living soil container with BluMat irrigation, while also testing Grandmaster under-canopy lighting in one of the Tray2Grow tents.
This isn’t meant to be a laboratory study. I want to run these systems the way a home grower actually would, document what I notice throughout the grow, and see how they compare in real-world use.
In Episode 1, I get the experiment started by transplanting the Blueberry Muffins clones, building the living soil mulch layer, topping the plants, and inoculating everything with Rootwise.
