They are absolutely right about too much govt. intrusion, but then flip-flop by expressing the exact opposite sentiment in wanting the govt. to ban same-sex marriage and keep the disastrous drug war going.

A week ago, MOXNEWS triumphantly declared that ‘a majority of conservatives now support legalization’ (despite the fact that the video he posted only showed that legalization was favored by a majority of moderate centrists…but we know that MOXy cares fuck all about facts). Yet now, conservatives are trying to secede from Colorado, in part BECAUSE of cannabis legalization.

the colorado legislature’s members can be sued for acting out-side of their constitutionally-lawful authority.
the lawful authority is there for any individual to do that; but it is best done as a group, in quo-warranto class-action state-ex-rel manner.

I understand tradition I do…..but I also understand opening your mind and learning and also I can see intolerance when I see it.
