coffee shop came from the first coffee shop(cafe)in amsterdam where a cannabis was sold by an inshop dealer,who keep the weed in a pouch bag 7 there were several dealers,if I can remember that was in the late 1960’s,was the shop the yellow submarine,
anyway the dealers got arrested,jailed but,through their scarifice they managed to get the tolerrance laws through,& also the netherland authorities realised that they had lost the battle against cannabis,but could win the war against hard drugs
