in germany we have medical weed too. but there only a few patients because its pretty hard to get a recommondation from a doctor. also there are just a very few diseases who “justify” the use of mmj.if so the patients have to order their weed at the local pharmacy. and they are buying it from the netherlands… because the german gov has no medical grows and also do not allow the patients to grow their own meds. some patients have sued against that but still no changes…

The german druglaw says that it is forbidden to sale, buy and grow cannabis, and it is not alowed to own more than 5-30 gram(depends from state to state). But the consume of it is not forbidden, thank god. greetz from a deutschländer

like chillor75 said… the police doesnt care if its less then about 5 grams. the weed itself is pretty good, i have a nice variety of weeds that im smoking on… all in all the situation is good, we dont mind the police and they dont mind us getting high, if we’re just regular peeps.
