As a Fl resident I can say with confidence that this legislation is not in line with the majority way of thinking. 70% percent of floridians who responded to a poll conducted by people united for medical marijuana responded infavor of medical marijuana. There is also a current petition to add a constitutional ammendment to the ballot for 2014. However I will note that in Florida it takes 60% of in favour votes to pass a constitutional ammendment rather than a simple majority.

This bong ban in fl is horrible! It always seems like every step we take forward with cannabis, we also take a step back with nonsense like this. People need to realize that cannabis isn’t just this “liberal thing”. It’s medecine ,but also an easy scapegoat that people point their finger towards to blame all there problems on.
