Cannabis makes people slow down and be cautious. Alcohol induces reckless behavior. They are polar opposites. It can effect driving, but far less than alcohol and the NHTSB proved it twice. I quote: “[Moderate use] has not been shown to extend into the area that can rightfully be regarded as dangerous or an obviously unacceptable threat to public safety.”
he probably did get a slight buzz, but nothing you would get from smoking it directly. this news bit wasn’t about getting high.. it was about second hand effecting thc blood levels
I use to smoke a lot of pot and it was never a problem. Then I quit smoking for a while. When I smoked my first bong hit in months, I drove to get dinner and stopped at a green light, then I could barely park my own car. So, if you are a regular smoker, well I think you are fine to drive, but when you don’t smoke and try to drive after a rogue bong hit, well I was certainly less on the ball than normal. Just a fair report of my experiences.
im all for legalizing hemp, but it isnt a one size fits all solution. there are going to be problems with it, and this is just one of them. maybe they should consider treating it like tobacco

So does this mean if you are on anti-depressants which are a legal drug but a drug, you can get fired for using it too? There are tons of very “Off the Wall” people working in the medical profession who are zoned out zombies on anti-depressants and they drive too. Maybe their propaganda News needs to cover this too. THC will stay in your system for upto 30 days. If you smoke a lot like me. Certo will block the urine but not blood. Plus if you get pulled over and the cop can’t smell anything then don’t say shit. Remember the 5th amendment! Just divert the conversation. Or remain silent, that is your right… for now…

What kind of test is this? It’s just a stupid residue test. It doesn’t indicate anything about your body being intoxicated, the same as breathalyzers.
And it shows up for 30 days or more.If i stopped now it would take over 30 days to have a clean blood sample
