A mother sues FedEx after a carrier gives drug smugglers her address. A Massachusetts woman is suing FedEx following a troubling incident. Maryangela Tobin claims that on October 20th, 2012, a FedEx carrier delivered a package to her home in Plymouth. She thought the box contained candles, art materials and several other items which she had purchased for her daughter’s birthday.
