the city life must be different. someone so active, social and the like perhaps see way more varieties of ppl in the city. especially The manhattan crowd living extravagant. their scene must be full of lattes in the morning, hard alcohol and pills at night. The culture supposedly breeds “excellence”. ppl have to be pretty affluent to live in the heart of nyc. ironically, that is why ppl are so over-prescribed perhaps. Only my opinion from what little i have seen. you have seen alot more though.

No it’s definitely true – people in the city I’m sure have access to more kinds of pills more readily. But, the problem is rampant across the country. For instance, there are oxy dispensaries in Florida to which people from all over the country drive to get pills without their own doctors’ prescriptions. It’s nationwide at this point, and it’s not being discussed enough.
