Marijuana becomes legal in Washington State today, but a local lawyer is warning people who are planning to light up that there are still some problems with pot. Bellingham criminal defense attorney Bob Butler says you can now possess up to an ounce of pot in Washington, but it is still illegal to obtain it at this time, and it may not be okay with your employer if you use it.
