Description
This was our Autoflower soil; lab tested, through multiple iterations, and finally ready for release.
But that day, setup mattered more than brand.
Step one:
Build the wicking columns.
Soil went into the corners first.
Packed tight, not loose.
Loose soil collapses when wet.
Packed soil creates a solid wicking column.
Optional, but powerful:
Add a light wetting agent
(Saponin source like quillaja, aloe, or soap nuts)
Then I used:
WDG3000 (1 tsp per gallon)
A preventative for fungus gnat larvae.
No infestation, just prevention.
Gnats love moist reservoirs.
Start clean, stay clean.
