Description
Amendment 64 in Colorado is being billed as “legalization”, but the author of the law admitted to the Title Board that it is NOT “legalization”, but rather more “regulation” in the form of many new laws to “regulate” marijuana. Regulation leads to MORE laws, which means MORE prohibition, police and jail for marijuana users. A64 was modeled after HB10-1284, the failed medical marijuana dispensary law that was designed to shut down 80% of dispensaries in Colorado. Don’t be fooled by FAKE LEGALIZAT
